Turnaround times

Orders are shipped from Brooklyn NY every Monday and Thursday. To ensure that your order is shipped as early as possible, place your order prior to midnight in Eastern US time.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time. For example, if you choose USPS Priority Mail, your package will be delivered within 1-3 business days after it has been processed and shipped.

We are a very small studio of two people and everything is packed by the two of us. Thanks for understanding and being patient!

Shipping options

The following shipping options are available upon checkout. For orders over $50, we offer free USPS and UPS ground shipping.

Shipping estimates

• USPS Ground Advantage (2-8 Business Days) + Processing Time
• USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) + Processing Time
• UPS Ground* (1-5 Business Days) + Processing Time

*UPS is only offered for textile accessories (e.g. scarves, blankets).

Shipping issues

Refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue (e.g., insufficient address, incorrect address, or refusal), you’ll be required to pay an additional postage fee for us to reship the item.

Returns and exchanges

All items and accessories are final sale unless damaged or defective. As a small business, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations at this time.

Please double check your address, item selection, and payment information prior to putting in the order. Making a purchase is an acknowledgment and acceptance of the return policy.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
